Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working on adding international shipping options in the near future. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a complete street address when placing an order.

 

Q: When will my package be shipped?

A: We typically ship packages within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is shipped.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.

 

Q: What should I do if I can't find my package?

A: First, check the tracking information provided in your email. If the package is marked as delivered, it may have been left in the building or delivered to a neighbor. If you still can't find it, please contact us at contact@bgentslux.com.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us within 24 hours to cancel or make changes to your order. Email us at contact@bgentslux.com or call us at (850) 801-1587 from 9am - 5pm EST.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, you may return non-sale items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. Sale items may only be returned in unopened/original condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error. Contact us at contact@bgentslux.com or (850) 801-1587 during 9am-5pm EDT to initiate a return.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. Expedited shipping is available for 1-3 business day delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinners Club, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

 

Q: Are all of your products made by BGENTS LUX?

A: No, we curate scents from other boutique and established brands that fit with our vision. All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized US distributors.

 

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?

A: We carry many cruelty-free products, but not all products are labeled as such. Please check the item description for information on whether a product is labeled as cruelty-free.

 

Q: Where are your products created?

A: Our products come from the US, France, the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. The country of origin and manufacturing information is listed in each product description on our website.
